Before transitioning to the corporate sector, he taught International Law and Conflict of Laws at his alma mater and received further academic fellowships from prominent institutions in Germany and Spain.
Upon moving to the United States, Miguel expanded his expertise by earning an MBA from Emory University. His corporate experience includes leading the U.S. subsidiary of a European IT firm and consulting for both private and state-owned entities across Latin America. Today, Miguel leverages an extensive professional network across Europe and the Americas to help clients navigate the complexities of global expansion and international investment.
With over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, Dora Muñoz is a distinguished strategist whose career spans the Chilean and Spanish markets. A natural communicator with a background in journalism, she has built a reputation on trust and exceptional public relations, resulting in a consolidated portfolio of loyal clients who rely on her for both sales and asset management. Beyond her commercial success, Dora is a committed civic leader; before the pandemic, she served as the President of BPW (Business and Professional Women) Santiago, where she championed pay equity and honored the legacy of Chile’s pioneering female professionals.
Currently, through a strategic alliance with Andenhouse Advisors, Dora leads a comprehensive collaboration initiative designed for the modern global investor. She specializes in complex transitions, assisting clients with fiscal residency relocation, citizenship pathways, and international banking setups for asset diversification. Her expertise extends beyond traditional real estate, offering bespoke investment guidance across sectors including agriculture, conservation, and tourism, ensuring clients can navigate and thrive in today’s globalized economy.
Pablo Verdugo is a lawyer with extensive experience in public policy, communications, regulatory affairs, and institutional relations. He has served as Chief of Staff and Chief Advisor at Chile’s Ministry of Culture, Arts, and Heritage, and previously advised municipal, regional, and parliamentary bodies. He also worked at the Center for International Studies at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, where he taught courses in public policy, commercial law, international law, and health law, coordinated diploma programs, and published research on international law and public health policy. His board and advisory roles span institutions in culture, health, economic development, and public administration.
Committed to strengthening the rule of law, Pablo has collaborated with Chile Transparente, completed an internship at the Anti-Corruption Unit of the National Prosecutor’s Office, and run for elected office in the Maule region. He currently serves as Coordinator of Transfer and Institutional Relations at the Center for Cancer Prevention and Control (CECAN) and as Executive Secretary for its Public Policy and National Advisory Councils. He holds a Master’s in Public Law and Constitutional Litigation from Universidad Diego Portales and a diploma in Probity, Transparency, and Good Governance from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
Carlos Cabezas brings a remarkable depth of resilience and adaptability to Andenhouse Advisors, with a career path that bridges the medical, pharmaceutical, and real estate sectors. Originally a physician in Nicaragua, he gained extensive experience in patient care and the pharmaceutical industry before seeking political asylum in the United States. Drawing on a lifetime of business exposure raised in a family of merchants, he successfully transitioned his skill set to the U.S. market, building a robust track record in property management.
