  • Internship Visa:
    For recent graduates or current higher-ed students participating in internships in Spain. If not eligible, a student visa may be required.
  • Family Reunification Visa:
    For family members of non-EU residents in Spain wishing to join them.
  • Non-Lucrative Residence Visa:
    For those with sufficient financial means who want to live in Spain without working. Eligible family members may also apply.
  • Remote Work Visa (Digital Nomad):
    For those working remotely for foreign companies using digital tools
    • Employees: Can only work for companies outside Spain.
    • Freelancers: May work with Spanish clients, up to 20% of their activity.
    • Requirements: A university or vocational degree, or 3+ years of professional experience.
    • Eligible Family: Spouse/partner, dependent children, and dependent parents/grandparents.

  • Employed Work Visa: For individuals (16+) with a job offer in Spain. Includes seasonal work.

  • Self-Employed Work Visa: For individuals (16+) starting a business or freelance work. Requires initial residence authorization, followed by a work permit.
